Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OSON's social media presence strategy.
  • Create content: posts, stories, reels, quizzes, short-videos — everything that engages and reflects the spirit of the brand.
  • Write in Uzbek and Russian, adapting the style for each platform and target audience.
  • Write in a simple, clear, people-friendly manner — especially for the Uzbek-speaking audience.
  • Respond to comments and messages, work with feedback and reputation.
  • Engage the audience — through contests, challenges, native formats.
  • Track metrics (reach, engagement, subscriber growth, etc.).
  • Organize shootings, write scripts for shootings.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in managing social media (ideally in digital, technology, or fintech).
  • Write easily and engagingly — both in Russian and Uzbek.
  • Able to explain complex things in simple words — especially for a broad Uzbek-speaking audience.
  • Understand the Uzbek audience and their everyday needs.
  • Know how to work with visuals: stories, Reels, videos, creatives.
  • Able to calculate engagement, understand reports, and adjust actions.
